A Little About Me...

My name is Kristine and I am a Rascal Flatts fan. LOL. Some people call me a fanatic. Some people call me obsessed. But I promise there are people out there worse than me. LOL. I live in Southern California but I have traveled to Central California, Nevada and Utah to see my boys, I mean Rascal Flatts. LOL. I have been to 10 concerts, a taping of Jimmy Kimmel Live and a private taping of Yahoo/Nissan Live Sets.

In 3 days (yay!) I am going back to Las Vegas for the 43rd Annual Academy of Country Music Awards, affectionately known as the ACMs. I don't get to go to the awards show but that's ok because I don't really want to. I am going to hang out on the orange carpet and see the stars arrive and hopefully run into a few out and about in the casinos. From what I hear, that is the best way to meet everyone who's anyone in country music. Go ahead, call me a dork. It wouldn't be the first time I heard it.

I have met Rascal Flatts 4 times, 3 times in official meet and greets and once after a show by their buses. I will elaborate more on that last encounter in a separate post but here are my official meet and greet pictures.

The first time I met Rascal Flatts was on 11/5/05 in Salt Lake City, Utah. I was 2 months pregnant in the picture. Can you tell? LOL.


My second meet and greet was on 7/22/06 in Chula Vista, California. I had just had a baby here so cut me some slack...


My third meet and greet was on 9/15/07 in Chula Vista, California.


Most Rascal Flatts fans have a favorite Flatt. Mine happens to be Jay DeMarcus. He's the dark haired cutie on the right :) Unfortunately, he's married. (So am I but whatever! LOL!) I have to say I hate his wife, Allison. She's a former Miss Tennessee and well, I'm not.




Ugh. Ok, enough about her...

Believe it or not, I also like other country singers. I really like Blake Shelton and Jason Aldean. Taylor Swift and Miranda Lambert are starting to grow on me. I like most of Carrie Underwood's songs too.

Ok, so I guess this post didn't really end up being about me, LOL! Ummm, I'm 33 years old and I've been married for almost 14 years. I have four kids - a girl and 3 boys. My girl is 13 (a teenager!) and my boys are 9, 6, and almost 2. I am a SAHM but I sell on eBay for extra cash. I love to shop, especially with coupons. I love to see how much I can get for as little money as possible. I have a separate blog about my coupon adventures. My favorite TV shows are Dancing With The Stars, Grey's Anatomy and General Hospital. I also like Desperate Housewives, Brothers and Sisters, Ugly Betty and ER. I guess that's about it!
